Games A Plunder Buy-Back Policy

Any Disk based games must have their original cases, if the game also has the instruction manual it is worth more, the pricing is done by an outside company so it is competitive with other stores, and You will receive much more fore Store Credit than you will for cash. All buy back prices are subject to change at any time, without any notice. As this store is not a pawn shop, All Sales To Games A Plunder Are Final

Games A Plunder Pre-Order Policy

To pre-order a game, or order a game that has recently been released, please fill out an order form so we can make sure to both put in the order and contact you when it arrives. A deposit, of half the MSRP, is also required when placing an order (It averages $30 for games). The deposit will be put on a “gift certificate” and must be brought back when picking up the game. The gift certificate deposit is non-refundable after the order has been made, and any orders will be placed each Saturday night.

Games A Plunder Return Policy

ALL Returns Must have the receipt from the purchase.

If any Pre-Owned game purchases are defective they can be brought back within thirty (30) days to be re-repaired at no cost. If it is a cartridge based game that is malfunctioning it can be returned within seven (7) days for a refund. Any Pre-Owned consoles or accessories come with a seven (7) day warranty, and can be returned for another item of the same kind.

If a Brand New game purchase is still sealed in the manufacturers original packaging (The X-Folds) it can be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund. If any Brand New game purchases are defective, the disk does not read, it can be returned within thirty (30) days under the manufacturer’s warranty (the game will be sent out to be replaced by the manufacturer) to be replaced by another copy of the same game. We apologize for any inconvenience that may arise from this process, but since we do not make the games it is the only thing we can do.

Games A Plunder "Rental" Policy

Receipt from the purchase of the game is required.

If a Pre-Owned game purchase is brought back to the store within two weeks, You can receive a percentage of the sale price (sales tax not included) back as store credit.

60% If brought back within seven (7) days.

50% If brought back between seven (7) and ten (10) days.

40% If brought back between ten (10) and fourteen (14) days.
